Local Designer Receives National Awards at Conference in Las Vegas

Jane Cunningham, owner of local Interior Design/ReDesign firm Room Resolutions, Inc., recently attended the annual conference of the National Redesign Institute (NRI) held in Las Vegas in conjunction with the Vegas World Design Market. A gathering of top professionals in the design field, the event was the premiere of many new and upcoming industry trends. NRI is a Kansas City-based organization, renowned for its interior decorating, redesign and real estate staging training programs.

In addition to hands-on education sessions, conference highlights included addresses by multiple leaders in the design, decorating and marketing industries, including internationally celebrated designer Margi Kyle. Presenters also included Jackie L. Jordan, Designer Marketing Manager for Sherwin Williams and a member of the prestigious Color Marketing Group, an international color forecasting organization.

“Knowing I can solve my client’s design dilemmas with even more beautiful, varied and exciting choices than ever is truly thrilling,” says Cunningham.

Five first place awards were presented to Jane Cunningham owner of Room Resolutions at the 2008 conference of the National Redesign Institute (NRI) held in Las Vegas in conjunction with the Vegas World Design Market. The winning projects selected from over 200 entries included 1) First Place, Interior Decorating - Living Room/Family Room/Great Room 2) First Place, Staging - Dining Room 3) First Place, Vacant Home Staging - Dining Room 4) First Place, Best Photo 5) First Place, Trash to Treasure.
