Real Estate Staging
In the first 15 seconds that a potential buyer spends in a house, they often decide if they want to buy that home. Professional staging adds the drama and WOW-factor that makes buyers want to spend time looking at that home. Staged homes are set apart from their competition. Room Resolutions will rearrange, recreate and relocate furnishings and accessories to make this HOUSE FOR SALE look like a model home. We also have furnishings and accessories available for rent as needed. For vacant homes we can provide everything that’s needed for the model home look. Vacant homes DO NOT sell as quickly as furnished staged homes because most buyers cannot visualize their things in vacant spaces. Vacant spaces often feel smaller and with the addition of furnishings, buyers can see the actual useable space available. A Staging Evaluation will be necessary to identify the positives and negatives and to review the vital steps in properly making a house market ready. Our Room Resolutions team will return to complete the physical staging process. Room Resolutions can provide either a list of recommendations to showcase your house in the best light, and/or we can implement the improvements for you.
Real Estate Staging Evaluation
This includes a full and thorough walk- through of your home. A homeowner or a designated real estate agent must be present to perform the walk-through with us. The evaluation takes approximately 2 hours.
Real Estate Staging Services
Following the real estate staging evaluation, the homeowner or real estate agent may choose to hire Room resolutions to accomplish specific tasks to prepare the house for the real estate market. Fees will be determined according to task requirements. (i.e. rearranging furnishings – lighting and accessories, organizing, personal shopping, etc…)
